Resolved Wild Tangent problems

I have had WT on my pc since I bought it 2 years ago and didn't have this problem until recently...when I download Wild Tangent games to play they tend to freeze at the beginning of the game or just completely shut down in the middle of a game.

Wild Tangent told me to update my video driver, which I did and to reinstall Direct X, which I did. It still did not solve the problem.

Now they tell me it is a problem with my security settings, which I have not changed since I started playing WT's games.

Can you help? Or tell me how to configure security for these games? I am using AVG free edition 2012 and the Window Firewall that came with my pc.
