    Os - Windows 7 Ultimate

    Pc specs:

So yeah, I got some weird bugs going on my pc which started 1 day ago.

1.When I start windows and the user choose display screen comes up I can't click any of them (users) with my mouse,
I need to use keyboard to access any of them.

2.I can't drag and drop anything and anywhere, desktop, my computer, documents..I can't even use a file on program to open it (yeah it's not like I'm doing that a lot, but still..).

Video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SSbgGFUik-U (not my video, but it's pretty much the same, just I can't move any folder/file anywhere on desktop or anywhere else also.)

3.Google chrome..When I click on tab (anywhere) it closes it, If I try to click on bookmarks it asks if I want to open all of them..I can only open all of them.

4.On IE if i try to use scroll bar with my mouse it won't work.

The only fix I've found was: If I login to user 1 it's still the same, but if switch to user 2 it's all good, but the user 2 won't work if I login normally into it.But it won't work all the time, it works like that only at random times..

I tried: virus scans (lots of them), registry cleaners, system restores, settings checking, windows updates running, disabling all start up programs (I might forgot something, but that's it I think).

So you might ask whats the problem If u know the fix for it?The problem is that like I said that fix won't work all the time, It works randomly and these bugs are really annoying..

I don't want to re-install my OS because there is some important files on here.I did a lot of researching on google, but all I found was drag and drop bug and google chrome bug, none of the fixes posted there didn't work (some people even have those bugs after re-installing OS).

So I hope I'll get some help/hints and anything that could help.

    I appreciate any help.

Most likely your system is way beyond repair by now! Suggest you backup your data (ever wondered what you would do with your "important files" if your hard disk would fail tomorrow?), format & reinstall.

    A couple of points:

    1. You do not have enough RAM to run Windows 7 Ultimate. (your screenshot says 1.5 GB)
    The minimums are:
    1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) processor
1 gigabyte (GB) RAM (32-bit) or 2 GB RAM (64-bit)
but if have onboard video it's reserving part of it. Even so, it will be sluggish.

    2. The system BIOS may not have Legacy USB support enabled, thus if use a USB mouse, it won't work until the operating system loads its drivers for it.

    Thanks for replies guys.

Well, If it will continue and no solution will be found then there's nothing else left to do, I'll have to reinstall :(

1.You're right about Windows 7 Ultimate, my requirements are not fully met, but until now it was running fine (for like half year) I had no problems with it, no lag or anything.

2.I know, but that's not something to do with my mouse, because it was working fine before, and I've used this mouse for quite long time now.

I think it's something to do with windows, but I'm not sure what caused it, because like I said it was running fine before.

    Full system specs added (profile).

control panel/programs and features/turn windows features on or off
follow that path check for enable drag and drop or what you might need there. also you can check the "super control panel" , to find it you may have to type it in the windows search at the start menu.
