Resolved DLL missing

    i got a message that i have a missing KERNEL 32.dll file Set File Pointer ex that is missing what file do i need? nd where do i get it thank you rkfjr

    update on info missing dill file

    i am on my win 98se pc i am trying to install a google app for my browser.i have downloaded it but it wont install without this dill file rkfjr

    Most likely not. The SetFilePointer function requires Windows XP.

    Thanks for letting us know. It looks like you will have to run Windows XP in order for that program to work. I don't think there is a way around that restriction.
