Inactive internet keeps redirecting

    [Inactive] internet keeps redirecting

    Mozilla and ie keeps redirecting when given a search and my antivirus malwarebyte doesn't detect any virus but keeps giving message like 206.161.121.100 blocked. It keeps blocking several malicious ips.
    Kindly tell me what is to be done.

    my earlier query

    Well while running various tools my computer crashed and gave an error boot file not found.
    So I called the hardware person who formatted the HD and reinstalled windows and everything with quickheal antivirus and now problem seem to have been solved. thanks.
