I am facing real big problem.

First of all, I have 2 windows (xp and 7).
Yesterday xp was infected by Security Sphere 2012, so all application has been blocked.
Then, I try to open xp with safe mode, but failed. Whenever I open safe mode, it brings me to windows 7.
So i tried to change some setting (ownership) to make my windows xp accessible by windows 7.
Next, I remove the Security Sphere in windows 7 with method I learn from bleepingcomputer.com (run iExplore --> run Malwarebyte's anti malware --> run hosts-perm.bat --> copy "hosts" file to system32)

Now, when I restart my laptop and enter windows xp, I no longer see those annoying messages of Security Sphere (so perhaps it has been removed).
But, before I could log in windows xp, I receive an error message which states that "Windows cannot load the user's profile but has logged you on with the default profile for the system. DETAIL-Incorrect function "
And when I try to open my notepad file, my My Document, pdf file etc, all failed, stating that I do not have access to those things.
I restarted my laptop and log into windows 7, change back the owner of all files to administrator, and then restart and log in windows xp again, but it still does not show any changes - I still can't access anything.

I read somewhere that we need to create new user account and copy whatever I have to the new account.
    I created a new account, but I cannot locate C:\documents and setting\old_username and new_username

So now, what should I do?
Please tell me what information do I need to provide you, because I am a beginner and I know almost nothing in computer.

Can you access your documents etc. from Win 7 ? If you can, backup everything you need from Win 7. Now reboot, login to XP Administrator account, delete the user & create a new user. Restore the files from backup.

Thanks for your reply, but this still has not solved my problem.
I have moved all my things to the new window xp profile. But whenever I tried to open the files (e.g. notepad/ms word/pdf file etc), a message box appear stating that access is denied (or something like this).

And whenever i tried to delete or move some files or folders, another message box appear: "cannot move (or create or replace or whatsoever) xxxxx: Access is denied. Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use ".

Any suggestion on how to fix this?
