    Hi, everyone
I have met this problem about reinstallation of XP, the story:
Some days ago, i was using one online TV S/W, when it cause my PC no response, after waiting more moments, i decided to reboot manually. Then unpleasant result..
It failed to reboot and BSOD happened, it said stop:c000021a unknow hard error, then i had to reboot by force.
Then i formated the whole disk and decide to reinstall my OS, after the process finished, I can enter the OS, but after installing the drivers, such as sound card, graphics card etc.
After i reboot, i can't enter the OS any more. Then the thing waiting for me is force me to reinstall OS AGAIN.
Well, just continue to reinstall. I thought the process will be ok ,installed drives and during the reboot, BSOD, It said physical memory dump complete.
Appreciate any help for this case!

PS:The reinstallation of XP and the relevant drivers was normal before and i can reinstall the OS successfully with the same method above.
I checked the HDD, it is working.

Yes, but where do they come from? Are they original drivers supplied with the computer? Are they the most recent drivers from the Lenovo website? Are they from a hardware manufacturer like Intel? Drivers can be sourced from quite a few places. When you install specific "drivers ", software is often installed as well. There will be added software for graphics and the audio. If the software is not the correct one for your hardware it can cause the system to crash.

Are you using the Lenovo method of system installation or a Microsoft Windows disk?

How long is it since you cleaned the dust out of the inside of the computer?

Using the original installation OEM/Lenovo system will install all the correct drivers. Although they might be outdated. Where are you getting the "additional" drivers you refer to?
The only place I would get updated drivers is from the manufacturer, like Lenovo.

As rsinfo said, we need more information. This is how to get information about your computer and add it to your WindowsBBS user profile
