Sometimes Single-click Works

    I went to Folder Options and set to Single-Click to Open an item (Point to Select). Sometimes Single-Click Works and Sometimes Double-Click is required. Sometimes Single-Click is required to open a Folder and maybe the next time Double-Click is required for the same folder. I have not found a way to fix this.
