[Inactive] Module lhkjg.dll could not be found

Running Windows 7 Home Premium. Last night at shutdown 20 automatic updates were installed. Now, whenever I startup I receive the message: "There was a problem starting C:\Windows\$XNTUninstall643$\lhkjg.dll. The specified module could not be found ".
Aside from this message everything seems to be normal (so far).
    Any ideas out there?
    Thanks
