svchost.exe. version 5.1, 2600.5512, AcGeneral.dll

    svchost.exe. version 5.1, 2600.5512, AcGeneral.dll, version 5.1, 2600.5512, fault address 0x000116e2
    the above mentioned error comes when i connect to pc using window xp sp3 for printing after that network id button disabled.

    tell me the possible reason and how i can solve the erroe

    Check your Event log for any errors that correspond to the date/time that you encountered the error message.

    If you find one, double click the error to see the details. It should mention the AcGenral.dll file (note the different name! the file is AcGenral.dll).

    To open Event Viewer, go to Start > Run and type eventvwr.msc, click OK.

    Check your Application and System logs for errors.

    You can double click on any error for more details, and there is also a button to copy the error to your clipboard for easy copying & pasting.

    But i want to know how i can rectify this error
    because every time i have to restart both the pc for the printing purpose because network id button disable
