Hi, my computer is always "blue screen" and "mouse freeze ", the machine needs reboot to reslove the issue.

I check the event view log. The message is
    Event Type: Error
    Event Source: FolderSize
    Event Category: None
    Event ID: 0
    Date: 1/10/2011
    Time: 10:58:14 AM
    User: N/A
    Computer: 2222-CHH888
    Description:
The description for Event ID ( 0 ) in Source ( FolderSize ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: RegisterDeviceNotification reports error 0X0000042A: The service has returned a service-specific error code.
    Thanks for any help.

Tried to extract the exe file but got an error. And I have not found cdb.exe.

    C:\Documents and Settings\...\debugwiz.exe is not a valid win32 application.

Please do not use CODE tags on anything but CODE - it makes the text awkward to read. Your 2 posts have been edited.

Right click on debugwiz.exe go to Properties and click on unblock then try it. Also disable any Firewall or Anitvirus that you have then try to re-download it and run it.
