Resolved Recording and Playback on a website?

My daughter is taking a Spanish class in college and some of the work is online. The exercises she has to do require her to say the word then spell it and the website does the same and then she compares what she said with the correct answer.

Problem: when she records her answer and then plays it back there is a long delay (45 seconds or more) before she hears what she recorded. Is this a "just live with it" problem or is there something I can do to speed things up for her?

Nothing on the web site we could find. I will have her ask another student. She was supposed to bring it up to her instructor yesterday, I should find out something today.

 

I am sorry to have forgotten about this thread.

It seams there is a little dialogue box that pops up which asks if the web site can take control to the microphone or web cam. My daughter had ignored answering it because she wasn't sure what to do.

I told her to allow it and all was well. Of course this was after I went out and bought a 50.00 microphone and "dad, this web cam is junk "
