dvd tray uncontrollable

My dvd tray keeps opening and closing all by it self. Ran a few scans. Using symantec. Tried unplugging both ribbon and other wire to devise, shut down and powerd up again to no avail. How do I attach dds log?

Run this test to see if you are infected. When the computer starts, goto BIOS and do not touch any key. If the tray goes in & out even then its most probably a hardware fault in drive else its a software/malware problem.
