I film events on a Panasonic camcorder and then copy them to dvd on a Panasonic dvd recorder. The problem is that The software I have will not copy these dvd's. I have tried Nero, and Xillsoft. but no go. Any suggestions?
    Thanks
    Peter

    Welcome to WindowsBBS;)

My version of Nero has a "copy cd/dvd" function...Dos yours have the option and it doesn't work? Are you getting an error?

I assume your Panasonic is recording to a mini DVD ?
If so you may need to finish the DVD in the Camcorder first before the software can recognise it as a DVD format.

    Peter,

The make model of DVD drive(s) may help...

If this is your main system it would be helpful if you add your system details to your profile. Please click on the link and follow those instructions it could save some time when resolving this or further issues.

A common error is to forget to show your system details in your profile

If you do add your system specifications be sure to do the above :)

Try DVD Decrypter and see if it can rip the DVD into an iso which you can burn using Nero.
