A weird process- csrcs.exe

My computer of my school computer lab was attacked by viruses.....
the symptoms is:
1. IE started VERY SLOW
2. Unable to access files
3. Unable to check HDD's properties
4. Error Pop-up every time
5. Mozilla Firefox always starts IamWired webpage instead of default homepage

I suspected that there is some high-risked viruses and insufficient HDD space in that pc. But when I started Windows Task Manager, I saw a process- csrcs.exe was running in the background. As I know that IS a virus, I immediately stopped the process. And I found that the HDD still have 96% of disk space! The problem is, the symptoms still remains the same! The most importantly is, the antivirus programs unable to detect any viruses from that computer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Any solutions to solve this problem? It is because that the computer is multi-networking pc, I afraid that the viruses will spread to other computers!

A little introduction to the infected computer:
Windows XP Service Pack 2
2.7 GHz, 1GB of RAM
