What can cause Data Execution Prevention to continually crash IE?

I get a notice that Internet Explorer must be closed by Data Execution Prevention in order to protect the computer. When I do that, IE crashes and provides me with the following error signature:

    Event Type: BEX
    P1: iexplorer.exe
    P2: 8.0.6001.18702
    P3: 49b3ad2e
    P4: ieframe.dll
    P5: 8.0.6001.18876
    P6: 4b2fc8f9
    P7: 00058cf3
    P8: c0000005
    P9: 00000008

I've found a number of threads out on google that amount to "add it to DEP, and that should fix the problem," but simply adding it to the allowed list doesn't tell me what's causing it or why it's being blocked in the first place. I must not be doing the right kind of search to get that sort of information. After all, if it's a Bad Thing, putting it on DEP's allowed list could allow it to do Worse Things, right?

With the above error signature, is there anywhere I can start looking for answers?

It appears that ieframe.dll is the real faulting application here. It could be some sort of malware is trying to inject something onto your system via the ieframe.dll. It could also be that you need to install some windows updates. ieframe errors are kind of tough to diagnose. You may want to try disabling add-ons in IE as these could cause problems too. Firewalls have been known to cause this problem also.

    Hi CUISTech,

As amdace suggested it could be malware related,

Please read this and post requested logs in the Malware and virus removal board.

    NOTES:
When posting the logs ensure word wrap is switched off (in notepad Uncheck Format->Word Wrap) as this makes them difficult to read.

Be aware that only Malware analysts will advise and they are often busy. Your post will be taken on a first come first served basis but it may take a while before you receive a reply.

Include a link to this thread if you can.

Internet Explorer must be closed by Data Execution Prevention in order to protect the computer.

I have seen the above error come up in IE8 when the webpage was trying to start the Sun Java Virtual Machine, which wasn't installed at the time.
