I installed Radar Sync to get some help on any new drivers for my computer. It ask to make a restore point before any update was done. I did, now after the update I have no restore points at all. How can I get my restore points back, because since the upgrade my system is not working right. My computer display settings are at 1024 x 768 32 bit and I want 800 x 600 and when I change the settings it will change, but when I reboot the settings go back to 1024x 768. I would like to know how I can get my previous restore points back. here is my information on the computer.

    Why 800 X 600 ?

Usually users want a higher Screen Resolution.

You may want to look at this web site on a review of RadarSync by PC Magazine:

    http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2305173,00.asp

    As the CON states:
"Not all found updates install correctly. Program sometimes recommends updates that have already been installed. Lacks an option to suppress problem updates in future scans. "

You may need to uninstall RadarSync and then reinstall your video driver from the manufacture.

    Welcome to WindowsBBS :)
The only place to obtain updated drivers is from the manufacturer's web site - never trust these so called driver update programs. Unless you have a specific issue there is no need to update drivers - often the latest driver does not work and creates additional issues.

DDS logs are the starting point for Malware Removal, not for publishing System Specifications

Did you permit Radar Synch to install any new drivers? For your graphics card?

If so either roll back the drivers through Device Manager or download a current set from the manufacturers web site.

Regarding your missing Restore points it seems like Radar Synch may have deleted them or System Restore was turned off - which removes all restore points.
