    Hello,

    I am getting this error every 5 minutes or so:

    "Error: (login): 0x10e0 The operator or administrator has refused the request "

    Google searches made me believe it was caused by malware, but the folks over in the malware section said there was nothing on my computer. Any ideas how to get rid of this error?
