I recently installed Windows 7 pro rtm x64 yesterday. Recently it just crashed. When it first happen I was running winrar and it said that there was an error and that there was an unexpected error and had to close. A few seconds after that there was a blue screen and restarted. When ever I try to startup it just restarts by itself. When I disabled automatic restart on error it said that there was a memory management error. I tried to do a startup repair and there was a blue screen and restarted. I tried to reinstall by booting from the OS disk but there was a blue screen and restarted. I can get into safe mode but it is difficult for me. Most of the time when I try to get into safe mode it as at a line loading driver classpnp.sys and then restarts. In safe mode I ran sfc but after 41% it stopped and mentioned that it could not go any further. I also ran chkdsk but it says that there are 0 bad sectors. Is it possible that I need to update the motherboard as well?

Here are other bsod messages I received:
    irq not less or equal
    ntfs.sys
page fault in non paged area
wimifis.sys (the name of this error I might not have spelled correctly)

I am not sure if this is part of this problem or something new, but when I was in safe mode I tried to transfer 7GB of my files to my external hdd but it says that the space is insufficient. However, I checked my external hdd and it says that there is 100 GB of free space.

The only drivers I have installed so far were for the video, sound.
