I don't have outlook but a friend does and he told me he always get messages from roadrunner telling him is mailbox is full (sometimes I get messages back because its full). I told him there is a way to tell outlook to delete the messages from the server after he downloads them but i don't know where that is in outlook.

    Thanks

    Mitch
