Removal of PC Mighty Max

When I purchased my new PC an HPa6827c it came with several pieces of preexisting software Windows Vista and one other that has become a major pain in the one being PC MightyMax 2009. To make this as short as possiable I test drove the software decided that it was not as expected. Now I am unable to FULLy remove the software. I contacted Co that makes the software and all my e-mails get returned as nondeliverable.
