ShowErrMsg Error in MS Outlook

I am running MS Outlook 2003 on Windows Vista. Recently I had a problem with a Hijack in Internet explorer. With the assistance of Trend Antivirus this problem was resolved with the exception of the following.
When opening MS Outlook I recieve an error Message.

"This application failed to start because ShowErrMsg.dll wasnot found. Re-installing may fix this problem "

ShowErrMsg.dll was removed in the hijack clean up and is not part of MS Outlook. How do I stop this message?

 

Should have mentioned in initial post MS outlook has been re installed but the message still remains, Reinstalling outlook Willnot fix this problem as ShowErrMsg.Dll is not part of the MS outlook install
