Hi, korean90. Welcome to Windows BBS! :)

Since you stated you have difficulty with two anti-malware applications, I wonder whether you have a problem with malware or not.

For starters, I suggest you give the instructions in the following link a try.

Please let us know details about what you discover and any difficulties you may encounter.

If you provide specific details (such as the EXACT wording of error messages), then we probably can more easily help you solve your problem.

    Follow Mailmans advice.

But before you next try to run MBAM try starting up in safemode.

I do suggest you make further posts in the Malware and Antivirus forum (quoting this thread), in the mean time try not to use the infected system.

It appears your problem may be caused by a boot sector virus or bad blocks on your hard disk.

    korean90, I agree with wildfire.

I suggest you follow the instructions in this link and post the appropriate logs in the Malware and Virus Removal Forum so the experts can have a look.

Be sure to include a link back to this thread so the malware removal experts have some background information about your problem. Please copy and paste the following address into your message in the Malware and Virus Removal Forum:
    http://www.windowsbbs.com/windows-xp/79819-having-problem-my-laptop.html

I think it's best to rule out malware before pursuing other methods to fix your problem.
