need flmnvyvc.dll

I lost my desktop when i start computer window xp home ed i see all my icons and then there gone and i get a error saying c;\windows\system32\Flmnvyvc.dll cannot be found .

where can i go to get dll file i tryed google search and nothing .

 

Whenever I come across a file, and google can't find anything on it, I suspect an infection of some sort.

Can you get the computer into Safe Mode? Try tapping F8 key when booting up, and you should get the choice to do so.
