CHKDSK does not run on reboot

    What causes chkdsk not to work on reboot?
    I noticed this last week on my new Lenovo T61 running XP pro with SP3.
    Diskeeper cannot run until a scheduled chkdsk is done.
    I can post my Hijackthis file here if anyone needs it.
