Ramona you won't believe what I found since no one else can believe it either. All the problems were due to my Router. Remember I said that it wasn't happening on both computers just on one. It started to happen on both computers. I blamed it on Comcast and they said it wasn't them. That meant that it was between them and my computers. What is in between but a router and a modem. I by passed the router and all is working and I mean all is working 100% and no freezing or crashing and the mail flies. We still can't figure why the mail would go but not the attachments. Let me know if it is believable!!

    RDOC2,

Did you just hear me laugh? Good grief, after all that and it was your router. There was most likely never a problem with Mozilla, other than the crashes with Talkback. The main point is that you know what caused the problem. A fix is great, but it's so much better to know the why. Yes?

There was never anything wrong with the Profile, and that's why it worked when you moved it...

Another user just had a problem, and it turned out to be his router. See here:

    Happy browsing,

I would have never guessed that it was the router. But, on the other hand, I had some problems when my son lived with us. He is ok, but the router was not.
We were using a Lynksys, but with a D-link card. The Lynksys router was not yer XP compatible. The hybrid system worked, but not without some headaches.
