repeated update warning

On several occasions I have dl/inst MS security update 823559 and yet it still keeps appearing on the MS site as unintalled. Doesn't seem to cause any problems other than annoyance. How can I prevent this from recurring ?

 

Have you tried going into Control Panel/Add remove programs and removing the windows Q823559 update from there? Restart the computer and run Windows update again. Downloaded the 823559 security update and see if that fixes it?

Just found another thread about the same thing.
