    What kind of driver check?
As a general rule, drivers should be left alone, unless there is something wrong with them.

    Download BlueScreenView
    No installation required.
Double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.

then we can help you with finding the driver updates. I agree with Broni to a certain extent, but I do look for driver updates before installing a Service Pack.

What happens when you try to install the Service Pack? (Any error messages?) You need to have installed all the "Important" updates before you can install the Service Pack.
