   I loaded the 3/12/2013 Miscrosoft Internet Explorer (32) release. Now IE (32) does work and I get a t8ExtPEx.dll file is missing. Where do I go to get a replacement and into what directory does it go. Thank for the help.

   Start IE without Add-ons: Navigate to Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools and click Internet Explorer (No Add-ons)
   
   If the problem goes away, an add-on is causing it (most likely a toolbar).
