We have to get rid of Adware:win32/bookedspace.
I have been advised to download and run Windows Defender.
When I tried to download it a box came up that said; "Microsoft Client Protection has been found. Please remove that product and rerun the setup ".
My question is; what is Microsoft Client Protection? We have McAfee on this system (Windows XP). We had Ad-aware and Super antispyware but we have uninstalled both. Do we need to uninstall McAfee?
    Thanks!

It looks like you have Microsoft Security Essentials installed. If so, you don't need Windows Defender.
    However...
Read this post, then post the requested log(s) in the Malware and Virus Removal forum.
