    Hi, I'm Joal Newcomb

    I've been using computers of one form or the other since the old PDP-8 days, but still consider myself a beginner. Until recently, I've been able to handle most of the problems I've experienced with my personal computers (2 desktops and 2 laptops, all running XP). Now I find it's time to get help and, if possible, return the favor.
