Windows Vista Multiple Blue Screens

I am working on a Dell Latitude D630, 2GB RAM, and Mobile Intel(R) 965 Express Chipset Family for video. Running Windows Vista Professional SP1. Recently the user had reported a number of Blue Screens of Death. I checked and found 12 minidump files since 5 April. The most recent point to dxgkrnl.sys. Memory was replaced in May but was no help. CHKDSK doesn't find any errors. I have installed the most current video driver available from Dell. Any ideas? Sort of a loss at this point.

I agree that "dxgkrnl.sys" is probably the issue but with the different BugCheck codes I wasn't sure. System just crashed again today with:

Probably caused by : dxgkrnl.sys ( dxgkrnl!VIDMM_GLOBAL::CreateOneAllocation+6ce )

We are going to try Service Pack 2 once the user finishes backing up his data. Thanks for your input to-date.
