I need help please

Hi,

As an intro to all,
My name is Bruce and right now I am in Shenyang, China. (400 miles N/E of Beijing) I am a consulting Engineer and developer for a huge real estate development here. It will probably take upwards of three years. I am having a terrible time with my "OUTLOOK" program. Everything works well except the SEND/RECEIVE button which doesn't work at all. I built my first computer in 1983 with 'off the shelf' parts and a three day burn-in. Do you remember? I really need help with this problem. I am stumped.
