external drive?

    Hi guys, I want to buy this "FreeAgent GoFlex Desk External Drive "

    But I not sure if "1TB" size ...

    (1) how to check my motherboard HDD support max size?

    (2) do you known "1TB" need (no quick format), how long waitinig time?

    (3) that "External Drive" need "Format ,NTFS" again?

    (4) if that "1TB" or more HDD, defualt is "C:(50%GB), D:(50%GB) ?" or only (C:100%GB?)
