Resolved cant connect to website

    For 2 weeks I have not been able to connect to www.ups.com
    In IE i get "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" (also tried chrome)
    I have 3 cpu's connected to a belkin N+ Router.
    All running windows 7
    I have windstream fiber connection
    All other websites work fine
    I have connected my computers to my cell phones internet connection and the site works fine.
    I have tried bypassing the router and connecting directly to the fiber connection to no avail.
    I have spoke with windstream and ups both say its not their problem.
    When I ping ups.com from my home connection
    I get "request timed out" ......100% packets lost

    Any advice on how I can get this fixed?

    From a command prompt, run tracert www.ups.com >%UserProfile%\Desktop\tracert.txt and copy/paste the contents of tracert.txt in the next reply.

    No luck when I ping http://153.2.224.50 get the same connection timed out and all packets lost.

    "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" also ping http://153.2.224.50/ with 100% loss

    (i think ups hates me, too many orders from amazon.com)

    Maybe the UPS guy that stole the IPAD that the FEDEX guy delivered did this to you. :D Hope you get this fixed.

    Try deleting your cookies and temp files and see what happens.

    I have and just did again, I have even reformatted my entire hard drive and reinstalled everything to factory condition, all with no luck ( I know that was extreme but my wife wants to be able to track her packages and I want some quiet! )

    Both the "hop" 13 are of course impossible, since those are private, non routable IP's (192.168.0.0/16)

    Question is where they come from :mad:

    Maybe AT&T has a problem at 12.117.173.58?

    When I run a trace from the US I don't pass through AT&T so....

    I did twice, no luck still same issue, I then reverted back to the setting "automatic from ISP "
