My OS is Win XP; recently I have been experiencing strange behavior, random reboots for no reason booting twice on startup. Have checked memory and it seems to be fine.
Have formatted with Acronis Mirror Image taken out updated Graphics card and taken the computer back to bare bones as it was when I purchased it in 2004.
I am now wondering if it the power supply or if the c drive has some how become corrupt. Any ideas?

    Thanks,

How ? Memory testing is black science. The most reliable way I have found is to swap memory, one by one, with a known good memory module & test it by running Windows.

If its rebooting twice on startup, its most probably RAM or power supply.
