iexplore.exe POPUPS

Ok so this is my first time posting in here And I really need help here is whats going on

Last night I was on a website looking to watch a online movie to pass sometime well a pdf promt started up as if I downloaded a pdf file then it dissapeared and if I remember correctly it said can not open

IM NOT SURE IF THE PDF Thing has ANYTHING To do with my current problem but here is the problem

I use firefox I have a dell desktop XP and I have f-secure firewall from my ISP charter

Last night I started getting RANDOM Popups THIS HAS NEVER Happened the pop ups are things like "Shopica, your computer is infected scan for free online, etc etc" I just now got a popup I attached a photo below of the screen shot i took.

I noticed that when these pop ups happen I open task manager and and when I choose to end iexplore.exe THE POP UPS END AS WELL.... They come back every couple minutes

THIS IS DRIVING ME INSANE!!!

So I decided to Run F-secure FULL scan took 2 and half hours but nothing but some adware and hijacker browser I choose to clean and delete and it did

then I ran CCleaner it removed 22.4 mb of tif ect

Then I opened and ran spyware docter it found no threats...

I NEED HELP NOTHING IS STOPPING THIS STUPID PROBLEM!!

I dont want to have to reformatt my computer or risk loosing any of my information (Pictures,music,videos,personal info)

Has anyone had this problem and can someone please help me!!! Thank you
