Help cant install updates 4 anti-virus!!

    Which antivirus?

    Can you connect to the download site for the updates?

    If you can connect do the updates download?

    If the updates download do they fail to install?

    When you try to update do you receive error messages and what do they say?

    Srry havent checked on this thread for a while. I use Trend Micro Internet Security pro. I cant seem to connect to the update server. I dont install updates for my windows, maybe thats the problem..but again..i cant install update for windows too and cant connect to the update place thingy.
    When i clik update for my security thingy, after a while tryin to connect to the update server, it'll say..

    An error prevented your security software from connecting with the internet.
    Make sure your internet connection works b4 trying again. If the problem persists, wait 1 hr b4 making another attempt to update your protection.

    help plz :S my comp getin slower n slower!!
