    Hi cuongkhau,

First thing is to edit and change your posted "Topic Title ". "Helping ", is not descriptive or specific enough. Board policy is to use such when titling posts. May I suggest "missing file ifjwnevu.dll ". Just a friendly headsup as moderator will step in here at anytime and either lockout post or tell you to do so.
    That being said;

The file "ifjwnevu.dll" is not a standard xp file, at least on my computer, although it does look vaguely familiar. Are you sure you saw, typed or spelled this correctly? I Googled the file name, using various forms, and came up with nothing. This may not be unusual. As wonderful as it is, Google can't know or answer everything. Darn it!

Have you installed or uninstalled something recently or been viral/malware infected and had a cleanup recently?

Do a file/folder search for nevu and see what comes. We're looking for something that will help us figure out what this missing file maybe associated with.

Before searching for a file or folder, make sure these folder option view settings are in place:
*Go to My Computer>Tools>Folder Options>View tab
*Under the Hidden files and folders heading:
*Select Show hidden files and folders.
*Uncheck Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
*Also, make sure there is no checkmark beside Hide file extensions for known file types.
    * Click OK. (Remember to Hide files and folders once done)

Use windows built in search or better yet.....
Optional Recommendation: Download and install Ransack: (In my personal opinion: a better, faster, more reliable "file and folder" search tool than windows built in search)
    http://www.mythicsoft.com/agentransack/
[*] Click OK. (Remember to Hide files and folders once done)

Check your startups and see if something makes sense that may be related to this file:
startbutton>runline type msconfig. Click on startup tab.

    Well hello, again Cuong,

1]Please read and follow my previous post carefully as outlined.
2]I did not suggest that you do a Google search since I already did so and found nothing helpful.
3]I want you to do a file/folder search on your own computer using the guidelines and, if you choose to, the software I suggested.
4]There are several things I have asked you do. Where these hard to understand? Is english not your first language?
5]Please, please edit your posts Tile as suggested or the forum police are going to come get ya' ;)

^yuk...boo on me!^ Noticed on my reread of this thread that my printed\written tone sounds to stern and uppity. I am asking these in a happy, friendly and amused manner. Please don't get the wrong impression or feel insulted. That certainly isn't my intention. :D

    Hi,

Read this post, then post the requested log(s) in the Malware and Virus Removal forum.

I'm 99.99% sure this is Malware related, as there's only 1 hit on Google: This topic.

Well, yea, I also only focused on the file name, 1st thing I do is Google to identify it. Since there's no hit on Google (besides here) you can bet its malware.

"Metaphor Warning" or "Woman with way to much free time on her hands" (which ever you prefer). AKA I so need a life!

I too, suspected this was critter related, but much like going to the doctors and being diagnosed with a disease, I was looking for a second opinion. I decided to swallow two aspirin with a File search, which is easy and does not take long. Malware/viral removal can be a painful and long operation. Although it is all to often necessary, once the aspirin wears and the second opinion only confirms the first diagnosis. :)
