Driver_irql_not_less_or_equal on bootup

    Dell Inspiron 5150
    Windows XP Professional
    2002 Edition
    Service Pack 2
    Intel (R) CPU 3.06 GHz
    1.59 GHz, 512 MB RAM

    Hi everyone. Yesterday, I came back from a camp for a week. As usual, my computer was being really slow (It's even worse after long absences). Yahoo Mail was slow as well. However, everything still worked (With the exception of that little thing that tells you your computer is infected when it actually isn't). Today though, I booted up my computer, and while using it had a few messages saying things couldn't be found. After a few hours, I got a BSOD that stated 'DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL'. I didn't run anything that would've stressed the memory too throughly, and even at the worst times, my computer still had over 10% memory left. I shrugged it off though and restarted the computer. Worked again for a bit, then happened again.

    Now, whenever I boot up, it gives me the blue screen. I've booted in Safe Mode and ran virus scans that showed nothing out of the ordinary. I've tried System Restore, but it won't allow me to restore (Next button doesn't work). I've tried looking at the permissions in the registry, but they were all still allowed. No reason for System Restore not to work. So now I'm completely at a blank and I need some help. Thanks all.

    Download BlueScreenView
    No installation required.
    Double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
    When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
    Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
    Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.
