Windows Crashed Again

    Just what the title says, This has happened once before about 3 or 4 months ago.

    Here is what I Have

    What is TUKERNEL.EXE ? And why is it causing a problem? How do I fix this?

    I have no idea and right away that set alarm bells in my head, perhaps a visit to the Malware and Virus Removal board may be in order?

    EDIT: A quick google does indicate my suggestion is right.

    2nd Edit: Are you/have you used TuneUp utilities? If so I perhaps jumped the gun a little :eek: Have a look in your boot.ini and remove the /kernel switch (take notes incase you wish to reinsert it).

    Noahdfear has confirmed that TUKERNEL.EXE is NOT malware.

    But I still have the crash problem, whats going on.

    I downloaded and reinstalled the Video Drivers (AR5211.sys). I seems that the crash happens when I am playing a video.

    Any ideas???????????????
