HTGD0007.exe [Is this a threat?]

    Hi all,

    Does anybody know what HTGD0007.exe is or does?

    An Ashampoo WinOptimizer 2008 DiskSpace Explorer turned it up.

    It has a file size of 152KB.

    prevx.com says it has yet to be classified as a security threat or otherwise.

    Strangely a google for it only throws up the prevx site and nothing more.

    It's located at C:\ and also has a reference at C:\WINDOWS\Prefetch

    FYI - That's posted in 4 forums.

    ;)

    Edit: If it's only found in the Pre-Fetch folder, we all know it can be deleted but the question becomes, is it located anywhere else or does it regenerate after being deleted from the Pre-Fetch folder.

    Yes - Wilders was the only other hit when I first posted
