Windows Vista New Vista Laptop No mouse acceleration?

    Hi folks is there anyway to enable mouse acceleration in Windows Vista for touchpad and external intelipro? Everywhere I look goes on about disabling but there is nothing in the control panel that mentions acceleration!

    Control Panel > Mouse on the Pointer Options tab.

    Hi ok I have realised Vista does have acceleration permanently enabled (I remember 98 & XP?? had a seperate option!) but it just ain't quick enough for me with a tracker pad and widescreen. Looks like I will just have to get used to it I suppose..
