Connection interrupted

Hi Guys
I was hoping someone could help me please. I can't seem to connect to the internet thru my LAN settings on my desktop. I may have picked up some sort of malware/virus that has interrupted my connection. I have 2x laptops running on wireless and they seem to be fine.

In control panel /device manager do u have any yellow triangles?

Everything on my Device Mgr is fine. No yellow triangles at all. I may have downloaded a virus that has stopped my LAN connection. I spoke with my ISP and they can't see any problems with my connection. I have been using my WLAN and it's going as normal.
I'm running a scan on my Trend Micro Internet security through safe mode at the moment. Not sure if this will help though.
