The old (9 December 2014) KB3008923 reissued?

    Two days ago, this update appeared on my Windows 7 Professional 64-bit system. No connection to "patch tuesday".

    The KB article in English states: "Article ID: 3008923 - Last Review: Feb 11, 2015 - Revision: 1"

    The KB article in Swedish states: "Artikel-id: 3008923 – senaste granskning 24 feb. 2017 – revision: 1"

    It seems to be a "problem local to Sweden" and I will ignore the update but has anyone else in Sweden got the same "offer" through Windows Update?
