Emails that I didnt send

    This morning, i got a bunch of "postmaster delivery status failure" in my mailbox... i didnt send any of them. I dont think anyone hacked into my account since nothing else was tampered with. just, something sent mail as me somehow. is there someway to stop this from being able to happen? i did a little bit of reading about this but i couldnt find a step by step guide.

    i use hotmail through windows live mail - in case that is needed.

    ive ran spybot search and destroy and deleted anything it found, in case that was it. but i have a feeling its not related.

    any advice would be great, thanks!

    Someone else's computer, who has your address in his/her address book, may be infected.
    But, if you still worry, you can always...

    Read this post, then post the requested log(s) in the Malware and Virus Removal forum.
