That means it is looking for a network boot system, it can't find one, then it cannot find a device to boot to on the local computer.
First I would disconnect and reconnect (re-seat) the cables to the HDD

I understand you can't run Windows, but look up the information at the system manufacturer's website and my next suggestion is to get the system manual/User Guide and see if there is a Detect Hard Disk Drives option in the BIOS
(the manual will have general system specifications).
When you re-seat the HDD
, write down the make and model. Do a websearch for those, along with the term Download and it should lead you to the HDD
