Resolved Dimension 3000 Cd-Rom Drive Issue

ok so next door neighbor has a dell dimension 3000 that has been having a cd-rom issue. It show up on the c drive listing but doesn't eject when prompted. also the eject button doesn't work..

also just incase it helps... i have had broni help me clean malware from this system before. while investigating i decided to run another malwarebytes scan..
