Solved Problem Opening MBAM

    [Solved] Problem Opening MBAM

    I tried updating MBAM. There was an error. It said something along the lines of "could not create a certain file because it already exists" After the failed update, my MBAM desktop icon changed. Apparently my mbam.exe file changed or moved. I know how or why that happened.

    Normally, I'd try uninstalling and reinstalling but I have the premium edition. I feel like if I did that then I would no longer have the premium edition.

    As a first step assuming that you have your activation key, but did not save the installation file to disk download the trial and slot in your key.

    Thanks. Everything seems fine.

    I uninstalled and re-installed. I got back the premium version. I didn't even need to re-enter my key code.

    EDIT: I do not see the "Mark thread as solved" option under thread tools. So if a mod or admin could mark this for me. I'd very much appreciate that.
