    [Inactive] Hotmail and Facebook log in requires debit card details and pin

    I cant log in to both my hotmail and facebook on my labtop as both sites requires me to enter my debit card details including my pin. How can i get this fixed on my labtop?

    I have tried more than one virus scan but with no success!. I still can't access my hotmail or facebook. Please, any other suggestions on how i can get rid of this request to provide my credit card details

    What about starting at STEP 1. and continue all the way through STEP 5. :eek:
