ZoneAlarm LSA SHELL?

Hello, I had ZA ask if LSA SHELL could do something, I cant remember because I hit deny to fast, I was on my hotmail account when it poped up, I heard some bad things about the LSA SHELL so I ran a webroot full scan, a sbc antivirus scan and anti spy scan and none showed anything, so my question is if this comes back do I need to allow it to do anything or should I always deny it? also if I dont let win32 generic proccesor access I cant get on the internet, so I have to let it, whats the deal with the win32? I thank you in advance for any help.
